摘要
为兼顾水性环氧树脂的热固性、高黏结强度及SBR胶乳的优异低温延展性,将水性环氧树脂与SBR胶乳进行复配,并将水性环氧树脂复配SBR改性乳化沥青应用于100%RAP掺量冷再生混合料,基于力学性能试验、路用性能试验与抗疲劳性能试验,研究水性环氧树脂复配SBR改性乳化沥青对100%RAP掺量冷再生混合料性能的影响。结果表明:水性环氧树脂与SBR复合改性乳化沥青冷再生混合料的综合路用性能优异,将水性环氧树脂与SBR复配显著提高了冷再生混合料的高温稳定性与水稳定性,水性环氧树脂复配SBR改性乳化沥青冷再生混合料可达到热拌沥青混合料的路用性能要求。
In order to balance thermosetting property and high bonding strength of waterborne epoxy resin,and excellent low-temperature ductility of SBR latex,waterborne epoxy resin was compounded with SBR latex,and then waterborne epoxy resin composite SBR modified emulsified asphalt was added to the cold reclaimed mixture with 100%RAP.Based on mechanical property test,road performance test and fatigue resistance test,the influence of waterborne epoxy resin composite SBR modified emulsified asphalt on the performance of 100%RAP cold reclaimed mixture was studied.The result shows that,the cold reclaimed mixture with waterborne epoxy resin and SBR composite modified emulsified asphalt has excellent comprehensive road performance;the compound of waterborne epoxy resin and SBR significantly improves the high temperature stability and the water stability of the cold reclaimed mixture;the cold reclaimed mixture with waterborne epoxy resin composite SBR modified emulsified asphalt can meet the requirements of road performance of hot mix asphalt mixture.
