混合光照对雨生红球藻PSII光化学活性与色素积累的影响

摘要 该研究以54μmol/(m^(2)·s)白光为对照组,在54μmol/(m^(2)·s)白光的基础上研究不同蓝光光照强度18、36、54、72μmol/(m^(2)·s)对雨生红球藻光化学活性和积累色素的影响。通过对雨生红球藻细胞密度、叶绿素、虾青素含量以及叶绿素荧光参数测定,探究雨生红球藻生长情况以及光照胁迫过程中虾青素含量的变化。结果表明,36μmol/(m^(2)·s)混合蓝光对雨生红球藻的抑制作用最明显。蓝光试验组的雨生红球藻光系统Ⅱ(photosystemⅡ,PSII)最大光能转化效率、有效光能转化效率和表观电子传递速率参数普遍高于对照组,说明雨生红球藻光合作用的结构和功能受到光损害,植物产生自我保护机制。54μmol/(m^(2)·s)照度的蓝光是雨生红球藻积累虾青素最适宜的混合光照强度。 With white light at 54μmol/(m^(2)·s)as the control,this study analyzed the effects of different blue light intensities[18,36,54,72μmol/(m^(2)·s)]on the photochemical activity and pigment accumulation of Haematococcus pluvialis on the basis of 54μmol/(m^(2)·s)white light.By measuring the cell density,chlorophyll and astaxanthin content,as well as chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of H.pluvialis,the study investigated the growth status and changes in astaxanthin content during light stress.The results showed that the inhibitory effect on H.pluvialis was most significant under mixed blue light at 36μmol/(m^(2)·s).The maximum light energy conversion efficiency,effective light energy conversion efficiency,and apparent electron transfer rate parameters of photosystem II(PSII)in the blue light experimental group were generally higher than those in the control group,indicating that the photosynthetic structure and function of H.pluvialis were affected by light damage,and the plant produced a self-protective mechanism.Among the tested light intensities,blue light at 54μmol/(m^(2)·s)was found to be the most suitable mixed light intensity for H.pluvialis to accumulate astaxanthin.
