北京地区14个秋茬散叶生菜品种综合比较试验 被引量:1

A comprehensive comparative experiment on 14 autumn cropped loose leaf lettuce varieties in Beijing

摘要 【目的】为筛选出优质的散叶生菜品种,对14个散叶生菜的品质特征和形态特征进行了比较。【方法】从形态指标和品质指标两个角度,运用显著性差异分析和隶属函数评估两种方法对生菜品种进行比较。【结果】在形态指标方面,‘北散生102’的株高最高,‘北紫生10号’的展幅最大,‘北散生102’的叶长最大,‘北紫生7号’的叶宽最大;在品质指标方面,所有品种中,‘北紫生5号’可滴定酸含量位列第一,维生素E含量位列第二,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白以及维生素C含量排第五,硝态氮这一负向指标位列第十三,通过隶属函数综合分析得出‘北紫生5号’的分数最高。【结论】不同品种间的形态和品质指标差异较大,综合分析各类指标得出‘北紫生5号’是14个散叶品种中表现最优异的生菜品种。 [Objective]In order to screen out high-quality lettuces,we compared the quality and morphological characteristics of 14 lettuces.[Methods]The significance difference and membership function analysis were used to compare the morphological and quality indexes.[Results]In terms of morphological indexes,'Beisansheng 102'had the highest plant height,'Beisansheng 10'had the largest spread,'Beisansheng 102'had the largest leaf length,and'Beisansheng 7'had the largest leaf width.In terms of nutritional indexes,among all varieties,'Beizisheng No.5'ranks first in titrable acid content,second in vitamin E content,fifth in soluble sugar,soluble protein and vitamin C content,and 13th in negative index of nitrate nitrogen.Through comprehensive analysis of membership function,'Beizisheng No.5'has the highest score.[Conclusion]There were significant differences in the morphology and quality indexes among the varieties.Based on the six quality indexes,it was concluded that'Beizisheng No.5'was the best lettuce variety in terms of quality among the 14 loose leaf varieties.
