新型导管架吸能器结构性能分析研究

摘要 吸能器是导管架靠船缓冲装置,能够提高船舶停靠安全。通过对橡胶吸能型吸能器结构型式的改进,达到了改善吸能器吸能效果的目的。结合有限元的超弹性材料非线性分析方法,对0°和30°方向上的外部冲击荷载作用下吸能器变形效果进行了数值模拟分析,其主要结论如下:其一,改进后的吸能器结构经过测试,橡胶吸能构件的拉伸强度提高20%,硬度提高5%以上,扯断伸长率提高20%以上;其二,在竖直冲击荷载作用下外管承受的应力最大,在30°方向冲击荷载作用下内管承受的应力最大;其三,橡胶吸能结构在30°方向冲击荷载作用下的应力比垂直受力时要大。这种新型吸能器装置目前已成功应用于多个海洋工程固定式结构中。 The shock cell is a buffering device for the mooring of the jacket,which can improve the safety of ship docking.The energy absorption effect of the shock cell is enhanced by improving the structure of the rubber shock cell.Based on the finite element method for nonlinear analysis of hyperelastic materials,the deformation effect under external impact loads in directions of o°and 30°for the shock cell is simulated numerically.The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly,the improved shock cell has been tested,and the tensile strength,hardness,and elongation of the components have been increased by 20%,5%,and 20%,respectively.Secondly,the outer tube bears the maximum stress when subjected to the vertical impact load,while the maximum stress of the inner tube occurs under the impact load in the direction of 30°.Thirdly,the stress of the rubber shock cell under the impact load in the direction of 30°is greater than that under vertical force.Up to now,the new shock cell device has been successfully applied to several fixed offshore structures.
