摘要
为提高对薄膜型LNG储罐内罐施工存在的风险进行辨识与评估的可信度,较为准确评价现场安全状态,介绍了目前常用安全评价方法以及传统的LEC评价法,针对传统LEC评价法存在的主观性和局限性,引进施工企业的安全管理水平权重ω概念,明确ω的计算方式和取值范围,对传统LEC评价法的计算结果进行修正,建立改进的LEC评价模型。以薄膜型LNG储罐内罐施工为实例,采用改进的LEC评价法对其主要施工程序进行风险分析与评估,评价的结果较传统的LEC评价法更加符合实际施工现状。
In order to improve the reliability of analyzing and evaluating the risks existing in the construction of inner tanks of thin-film LNG storage tanks and accurately evaluate the on-site risk status,this paper introduces current commonly used safety evaluation methods and traditional LEC evaluation methods.Aiming at the subjectivity and limitations of traditional LEC evaluation methods,the paper introduces the weight o concept of safety management level for construction enterprises and makes clear the calculation method and value range of o.The results of the traditional LEC evaluation method are modified to establish an improved LEC evaluation model.With the inner tank construction of a thin-film LNG storage tank as an example,an improved LEC evaluation method is used to conduct risk analysis and evaluation of its main construction procedures.The evaluation results are more consistent with the actual construction situation compared with the traditional LEC evaluation method.
