可持续价值共创:乡村振兴视域下数字平台企业可持续社会价值创造——基于腾讯酉阳共富乡村的案例研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文采用案例研究方法,针对平台企业如何通过履行社会责任从而赋能乡村实现可持续发展的过程与机制进行调查和梳理,聚焦平台吸引并协调多方参与的过程与细节,提出了可持续价值共创理念,挖掘出企业参与乡村振兴进行可持续社会价值创造的新思路和新方案。研究表明,共富乡村项目实践过程中体现出了“平台企业—政企民—社会”构成的可持续社会价值的圈层结构:第一圈层是平台企业的自组织,在企业内部通过业务嵌入、方法优化等参与乡村振兴;第二圈层是“政企民”生态圈的互动,在数字平台企业的带动下,政府、企业、村民形成了科学的角色分工,并建立起行为协调和追责机制;第三圈层是社会力量的联动,在人才、资金、市场等方面实现更广的外部辐射,最终使得农民共富受益,生态资产变现,打通乡村与城市的连接通道,实现可持续社会价值创造。 This paper adopts a case study approach to examine the process and mechanism of how platform enterprises can fulfill their social responsibility and empower rural villages to achieve sustainable development.The paper focuses on the details of attracting and coordinating the participation of multiple parties,introduces the concept of sustainable value co-creation,and explores new ideas and approaches for enterprises participation in the sustainable social value creation for rural revitalization.The paper shows that the common prosperity rural project embodies a circle structure of sustainable social value creation consisting of“platform enterprises-government,enterprises and people-society”.The first circle is the self-organization of platform enterprises,which participate in rural revitalization through business integration,method optimization,and other means within enterprises.The interaction of the“government-enterprises-people”ecosystem forms the second circle,where the government,enterprises and villagers have established a mechanism for coordinating behaviors and pursuing responsibilities driven by digital platform enterprises.The third circle is the linkage of social forces to achieve wider external radiation in terms of talents,capital and markets.This linkage allows farmers to benefit from the common prosperity,ecological assets to be realized,the connection channel between the countryside and the city to be opened,and sustainable social value to be created.
