摘要 大规模新能源接入导致新型电力系统中传统调频资源稀缺,亟需挖掘新的调频资源,大型工业负荷因其大容量、易调节的优势而备受关注。该文对工业负荷参与一次调频进行了研究分析。首先总结了负荷可调潜力的方法,并对不同工业负荷可调潜力进行了定性与定量的分析,结合电网要求对工业负荷提出了选择指标。其次对工业负荷参与调频模型进行了总结,针对一次调频的惯量与下垂控制对调频资源的要求,给出了不同负荷对应的调频服务。该文以我国西北某省为例,从负荷侧与电网侧两方面总结了工业负荷参与一次调频的研究现状。 Due to the high penetration of renewable energy in the grid,the traditional frequency regulation resources are unable to meet the needs of the new power system frequency regulation.It is urgent to seek new frequency regulation resources.Large industrial loads,therefore,have attracted much attention because of their advantages of large capacity and easy regulation.This paper studies and analyzes the participation of industrial loads in the primary frequency regulation.Firstly,the methods of analyzing the load adjustable potential are summarized,and the qualitative and quantitative analyses and classifications of different industrial load adjustable potentials are carried out.Secondly,the models of industrial loads participating in the frequency regulation are concluded.According to the requirements of the inertia and the droop controls of the primary frequency regulation on the frequency regulation resources,the frequency regulation services corresponding to different loads are given.Taking a province in northwest China as an example,this study summarizes and analyzes the research status of the industrial loads participating in the primary frequency regulation from two aspects of the load side and the grid side.
