摘要
储能是应对新能源随机性、波动性和难预测性的重要调节手段,对构建新型电力系统具有重要意义。为此,该文以西北电网为例,研究提出了基于“等面积原理”的储能与新能源协同优化配置方法。首先,建立了电网电力电量平衡模型,提炼了“新能源消纳特性曲线”、“区间保证小时”等统计学特征,建立了新能源消纳工作原理图,可视化展示新能源消纳能力及储能工作位置,实现储能纳入备用和火电可靠替代。其次,建立储能及新能源消纳的“等面积原理”优化模型,以新能源初始消纳能力为解耦点,通过新能源自身特性配置储能,通过系统平衡原理配置新能源装机,实现解耦配置和协同规划。最后,提出了不同场景下新能源与储能的协同配置方法,实现“新能源特性”、“消纳目标”、“储能配置”和“系统平衡”四维有机统一。算例表明:该文模型可为储能与新能源协同配置提供系统性解决方案,为生产实际提供更为“数学”和“便捷”的实现路径。
Energy storage(ES)is an important regulating means to cope with the randomness,volatility and unpredictability of the renewable energy(RE),which is of great significance to the construction of new power systems.Therefore,taking the Northwest Branch of the State Grid Corporation of China as an example,this paper proposes a synergistic and optimal configuration for the ES and the RE based on the equal area principle.Firstly,a power balance model is established,and some statistical features such as the RE consumption characteristic curve and the range guaranteed hours are refined.A RE consumption work map is sketched to visualize the RE consumption capacity and the location of the ES,realizing the integration of the ES into the reserve and the reliable replacement of the thermal power.Secondly,the equal area principle optimization model of the ES and RE consumption is constructed.Taking the initial consumption capacity of the RE as the decoupling point,the ES is configured through the characteristics of the RE itself,and the RE installations are configured through the method of the system balance to realize the decoupling configuration and the cooperative planning.Finally,the synergistic configuration of the collaborative configuration of the RE and ES in different scenarios is proposed to realize the four-dimensional unification of the RE characteristics,the consumption target,the ES configuration and the system balance.The calculation example shows that this model provides a systematic solution for the synergistic Configuration of the ES and RE,and a more mathematical and convenient realization path for the production practice.
