基于熵权自适应信息间隙决策的园区综合能源系统规划 被引量:3

摘要 为提升园区综合能源系统规划的经济性,充分考虑源荷不确定性因素,该文提出了一种新的规划方法。首先,构建了以综合成本和投资回收期为目标的园区综合能源系统规划模型,并提出了一种熵权自适应信息间隙决策方法,用于处理源荷不确定性因素;接着,针对现有求解方法的不足,提出了一种结合启发式算法和Gurobi求解器的联合优化求解方法,实现模型求解;最后使用算例进行仿真验证。算例结果表明,该文所构建模型有效;所提不确定性方法能够消除传统信息间隙决策方法中主观性因素带来的影响;所提求解方法能够提高求解效率和结果的多样性。 In order to improve the economy of the park integrated energy system planning and fully consider the source&load uncertainty,this paper proposes a new planning method.Firstly,the planning model of the park integrated energy system is constructed with the goal of the comprehensive cost and the investment payback period.An entropy weight adaptive information gap decision-making method is proposed to deal with the source&load uncertainty factors;Then,aiming at the shortcomings of the existing solution methods,a joint optimization solution combining the heuristic algorithm with the Gurobi solver is proposed to solve the model;Finally,an example is used to verify the effectiveness of the model.The uncertainty method is able to eliminate the influence of the subjective factors in the traditional information gap decision-making methods.The proposed solution method is able to improve the solution efficiency and the diversity of the results.
