计及自适应阶梯型需求响应激励机制的园区综合能源系统优化调度 被引量:3

摘要 为了更加有效地引导需求侧资源优化园区综合能源系统(park-level integrated energy system,PIES)调度方案,提出一种考虑参数自适应式阶梯型需求响应(demand response,DR)激励机制的PIES优化调度方法。首先,基于用户需求响应量,提出包含区间长度、补偿基价和价格增长率3个参数的阶梯型需求响应激励机制;接着,分别以用户用能效益最大和系统运行成本最低为目标构造PIES双层优化模型;然后,以阶梯型DR激励机制参数为优化对象,以粒子群算法为优化方法,在双层优化模型外侧构造DR机制参数优化层,由此建立一个计及参数自适应式阶梯型需求响应机制的PIES三层优化模型,实现机制参数自适应变化,进一步发挥该机制在PIES调度中的作用;最后,通过设置多种场景,对比验证所提方法在兼顾系统经济性、低碳性、能效性、用户响应积极性以及削峰填谷方面的有效性,为PIES调度运行提供参考。 In order to guide the demand side resources to optimize the park level integrated energy system(PIES)dispatch scheme more effectively,a PIES optimal dispatch method considering the parameter-adaptive stepped demand response(DR)incentive mechanism is proposed.Firstly,based on the user demand response,a stepped demand response incentive mechanism is proposed,which includes three parameters:the interval length,the compensation base price and the price growth rate.Secondly,a PIES bi-level optimization model is constructed with the goal of maximizing the energy benefit of the users and minimizing the system operation cost.Then,taking the parameters of the stepped DR incentive mechanism as the optimization object and the particle swarm optimization algorithm as the optimization method,the DR mechanism parameter optimization layer is constructed outside the bi-level optimization model.Thereby,a PIES three-layer optimization model considering the parameter adaptive stepped demand response mechanism is established,realizing the adaptive change of mechanism parameters and further exerting the role of the mechanism in the PIES dispatch.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method in the system economy,the low carbon,the energy efficiency,the user response enthusiasm and the peak load cutting and valley filling is verified by setting multiple scenarios,which provides a reference for the dispatch and operation of the park-level integrated energy system.
