枸杞子功效物质的药理作用研究进展

Research progress on pharmacological effects of the functionalsubstances in Lycium barbarum L.

枸杞是茄科枸杞属植物,主要分布于我国宁夏、青海、内蒙古、陕西和新疆等地区,其成熟果实为传统中药材枸杞子。枸杞子药用历史悠久,具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤等功效,常用于治疗肿瘤、高血脂、高血糖、动脉粥样硬化、骨质疏松等疾病。本文通过梳理近年来对枸杞中多糖、黄酮、生物碱类、miRNA等活性成分的研究进展,进一步诠释枸杞活性成分的效用,为枸杞子的开发应用提供坚实的理论依据,推动和发展中医药现代化。

Lycium barbarum is a plant of the genus Lycium barbarum in the Solanaceae family.It is mainly distributed in Ningxia,Qinghai,Inner Mongolia,Shanxi,Xinjiang and other regions in China.Its mature fruit is the traditional Chinese medicine Lycium barbarumL..Lycium barbarum L.has a long history of medicinal use,and has the effects of immunomodulatory and anti-tumor.It is commonly used in the treatment of tumors,hyperlipidemia,hyperglycemia,atherosclerosis,osteoporosis and other diseases.This paper reviews the research progress on active ingredients such as Lycium barbarum polysaccharides,flavonoids,alkaloids and miRNA,and further explains the utility of the active ingredients of Lyciumbar barum L.,in order to provide a solid theoretical basis for the development and application of Lycium barbarum L.and promote the modernization of Chinese medicine.
