基于系统聚类和重心法的新能源汽车配送中心选址分析 被引量:2

摘要 在国家大力提倡低碳经济、绿色发展的背景下,具有节能环保、低碳排放等优点的新能源汽车行业得到快速发展。针对新能源汽车快速发展中面临的配送中心选址问题,构建了一个基于系统聚类和重心法相结合的选址模型并给出求解方法。通过实例分析得出:在新能源汽车进行多个设施选址时,采用系统聚类法能够合理快速的实现选址样本的分组,明确选址的数量;各组分别采用单重心法保证了每个选址中心到各个服务区域的配送成本最小;建成了有2个制造厂、4个配送中心和若干需求点组成的二级物流网络。同时,建议配送中心在选址前,明确选址影响因素和合适的选址方法;在选址中,明确选址流程,确保选址符合实际;在选址后,重点关注整个配送中心网络的管理。 Under the background of the country s vigorous promotion of low-carbon economy and green development,the new energy automobile industry with the advantages of energy saving,environmental protection and low-carbon emission had developed rapidly.Aiming at the location problem of distribution center in the rapid development of new energy vehicles,a location model based on system clustering and gravity method was constructed and the solution method was given.Through the analysis of examples,it was concluded that the system clustering method can reasonably and quickly realize the grouping of site selection samples and clarify the number of site selection when multiple facilities were selected for new energy vehicles.Each group adopts the single center of gravity method to ensure the minimum distribution cost from each site selection center to each service area.A secondary logistics network consisting of two manufacturing plants,four distribution centers and several demand points had been built.At the same time,it was suggested that the distribution center should make clear the influencing factors of site selection and the appropriate site selection method before site selection.In site selection,the center should make clear the site selection process to ensure that the site selection conforms to the reality.After site selection,it should focus on the management of the entire distribution center network.
