泛京津冀城市群生态环境与制造业升级的协调发展特征和影响机制研究

Coordinated development characteristics and influencing mechanism of ecological environment and manufacturing upgrading in Pan-Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration

选取泛京津冀城市群地区67个城市为研究对象,构建生态环境质量评价体系和制造业升级评价体系,利用耦合协调度模型探究两者在整体上的协同发展类型,最后利用地理探测器研究生态环境指标对制造业升级的影响机制。结果表明:(1)从整体上看,泛京津冀城市群制造业升级与生态环境协调度呈逐步上升趋势,中度协调为主要类型。不同圈层协调度呈现核心层>辐射层>紧密层。(2)生态环境压力和状态指标对制造业升级影响总体显著,响应指标对制造业升级影响不显著,同时生态环境压力与状态指标的交互作用较强,能较好促进制造业转型升级。(3)生态环境对制造业高端化、信息化、绿色化影响显著。

Sixty-seven cities in the Pan-Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration were selected as the research objects,and the ecological environment quality evaluation system and manufacturing upgrading evaluation system were constructed.The coupling coordination degree model was used to explore the overall collaborative development types of the two systems.Finally,the impact mechanism of ecological environment on manufacturing upgrading was studied by using geographic detectors.The results showed that:(1)overall,the degree of coordination between manufacturing upgrading and eco-environment in Pan-Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration was in the rising period,and moderate coordination was the dominant type.The coordination degree of different layers in Pan-Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration showed core layer>radiation layer>tight layer.(2)The ecological environment pressure and state index had significant influence on manufacturing upgrading,while the response index had low influence on manufacturing upgrading.Meanwhile,the interaction between ecological environment pressure and state index was strong,which could better promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.(3)The ecological environment had a significant impact on the high-end,informatization and greening level of manufacturing industry.
