均衡视角下的大学生就业优化路径研究

A Study on the Optimization Path of College Students' Employment from the Perspective of Equilibrium

后疫情时期,大学生就业总体形势较为严峻。从均衡视角出发,大学生就业市场呈现非均衡状态,其成因既有供给侧数量、质量、结构与分布的因素,也有宏观环境和经济发展变化导致的有效需求不足,以及就业市场的制度因素。基于此,可从调整高校招生规模、促进有效需求供给和完善就业体制机制等方面优化大学生就业路径。根本解决大学生就业问题,需促进经济快速发展,重视市场在大学生劳动力资源配置过程中的基础作用,开展高等教育体制改革。

In the post-COVID-19 period,the employment situation of college students is stable in general,but the pressure will remain high in the coming period.From the equilibrium perspective,the employment market of college students presents a state of disequilibrium,which can be attributed to the factors of quantity,quality and structure on the supply side,as well as insufficient effective demand due to the changes of macro environment and economic development.Besides,the factor of employment market policies is also critical.Based on this,the path for optimizing college students' employment can start with the reduction of college enrollment scale,promoting the supply of effective demand and improving the employment institutional mechanism.To fundamentally solve the employment problem of college students,we need to pay attention to the basic role of market mechanism in the process of labor resource allocation of college students and carry out the reform of higher education system.
