摘要
质量评价被视作思想政治理论课建设的关键内容。文章以思想政治理论课质量评价的时代要求与评价体系构建原则为基础,分别从方向、方法、内容、过程、效果五个维度分析了思政课质量评价,针对课程目标、课程活动、教师教学能力、课程反馈、课程效果,设计了高校思政课质量评价体系的基本框架。从开展评价体系设计进入评价流程、在目标引导和结果评价中推动课程质量提升、严格遵循评价体系明确课程质量的关键维度、对评价体系动态调整全面提升课程质量、对评价体系综合监控助力实现课程功能五个方面提出高校思想政治理论课质量评价体系的运行流程。
Quality evaluation is regarded as the key content of the construction of ideological and political theory courses.Based on the requirements of the times and the principles of constructing an evaluation system for the quality evaluation of ideological and political theory courses,this article analyzes the five dimensions of direction,method,content,process,and effect for the quality evaluation of ideological and political theory courses in universities.The basic framework of the quality evaluation system for ideological and political theory courses in universities is designed with regard to course objectives,course activities,course abilities,course feedback,and course effects,Finally,the operation process of the quality evaluation system for ideological and political theory courses in universities is provided from the five aspects:moving from the designing of evaluation system to entering the evaluation process,promoting the improvement of course quality in goal guidance and result evaluation,clarifying the key dimensions of course quality in strictly following the evaluation system,comprehensively improving course quality through dynamic adjustment of the evaluation system,and assisting in realizing course functions through comprehensive monitoring of the evaluation system.
