五种抽蓄运行特点的区域能源系统灵活性评估 被引量:1

摘要 为对比定速、双馈变速、全功率变频、三元式、分离式抽蓄机组在区域能源系统中的灵活性优势。该文首先综合考虑运行区、机组效率、启动时间、爬坡速度等技术特点,在能源系统模型Dispa-set的基础上建立不同抽蓄模型。其次,对比运行区、机组效率、启动时间、爬坡速度对机组出力影响。最后,建立多种指标综合评估不同风光配比下抽蓄类型对区域能源系统的影响。结果表明:三元式与分离式机组发电工况灵活性更高,而全频变速机组抽水工况灵活性更高,这导致定速机组的年发电量和年抽水量均高于其他4种抽蓄技术。因此,充分考虑抽蓄技术特点在该系统中的适用性在可行性论证阶段是非常必要的。 In addition to fixed-speed pumped-storage(PS)units,other types of PS units(double-fed asynchronous variable speed,full-size converter,ternary,and separated type units)have their own flexibility advantages.First,based on the production cost model of the energy system,different PS power generation models are established by considering the technical characteristics of operation area,unit efficiency,start-up time,ramping speed and so on.Then,the effects of operating area,unit efficiency,start-up time and ramping speed on output curve of PS unit are compared.Finally,the influence of PS types on the regional energy system under different wind-solar ratios is comprehensively evaluated by power generation,pumping,wind-solar curtailment,load loss,carbon emission and coal-power ramping indicators.The results show that the ternary and separate units are more flexible in generating mode,while the full-converter variable speed unit is more flexible in the pumping mode,which leads to the fact that the annual power generation and annual pumping of the fixed-speed unit are higher than those of the other four types.In addition,with the increase of wind power permeability,the total output of coal power and system carbon emissions decreases,but the power regulation depth of coal power and PS units increases.Therefore,it is necessary to fully consider the applicability of PS characteristics in the feasibility demonstration stage.
