新疆某高硫铜锌矿选硫提铜降砷试验研究

摘要 新疆某高硫铜锌硫化矿经铜锌混合浮选、铜锌分离、锌硫分离,选出合格铜精矿和锌精矿后,尾砂选出硫精矿。由于该矿石中含有部分砷黝铜矿,选别后硫精矿中有害元素As>0.20%,导致硫精矿质量差。针对此问题,通过硫精矿再磨提铜降砷反浮选工艺得到低品位铜锌混合精矿和含As<0.10%的高品质硫精矿。 A high-sulfur copper-zinc sulfide ore in Xinjiang Province was selected by copper-zinc mixed flotation,copper-zinc separation and zinc-sulfur separation,after which qualified copper concentrate and zinc concentrate were selected,sulfur concentrate was selected from tailings.Because the ore contains part of arsenotetrahedrite,the harmful element As>0.20%in the sulfur concentrate after separation leads to poor quality of the sulfur concentrate.To solve this problem,low grade copper-zinc mixed concentrate and high quality sulfur concentrate containing As<0.10%were obtained by the process of sulfur concentrate regrinding to extract copper and reduce arsenic and reverse flotation.
