Production Practice of Desulfurization System and Sintering Process Control of 4#Sintering Machine in Jiusteel

本文以研究4#烧结机及其附属脱硫系统稳定顺行为目的,通过对4#烧结机脱硫系统现场运行情况分析,在确保烧结机产能不受较大影响的情况下,对主抽闸阀开度、增压风机电流、吸收塔浆液pH值等重要参数进行微调,采用外置滤网的方式解决循环泵滤网堵塞问题,最终达到了冬季脱硫系统无故障运行的目的。

In order to study the stable behavior of the 4#sintering machine and its affiliated desulphurization system,this paper analyzes the field operation of the desulphurization system of the 4#sintering machine,and fine-tuning important parameters such as the opening of the main pumping gate valve,the current of the booster fan,and the pH of the slurry of the absorber while ensuring that the production capacity of the sintering machine is not greatly affected,and adopts an external filter screen to solve the blockage problem of the circulating pump filter screen.Finally,the goal of trouble-free operation of the desulphurization system in winter is achieved.
