摘要 为了降低烧结矿固体燃耗,提高烧结矿的冶金性能,降低烧结矿加工成本,对高炉系统焦槽、矿槽产生的除尘灰如何高效的配加到烧结矿中进行方案论证和研究。通过改变输送模式、优化输送管路、中间加压站增加二次混匀等,将矿槽除尘灰和焦槽除尘灰均匀的配加到烧结矿原料中,优化了配料结构,提高烧结矿质量。 In order to reduce the solid fuel consumption of sinter,improve the metallurgical performance of sinter and reduce the processing cost of sinter,the project demonstration and research were carried out on how to efficiently add coke and dust dust from blast furnace system to sinter.By changing the transportation mode,optimizing the transportation pipeline and adding the secondary mixing in the intermediate pressure station,the dust dust of the ore tank and the coke tank are evenly added to the sinter raw materials,so as to optimize the batching structure and improve the quality of the sinter.
