Practice of High-Proportion Pelletizing in No.2 Blast Furnace of Tangsteel

唐钢2号高炉开炉以来配合环保政策要求,通过采取提高高炉原燃料质量、优化高炉工艺操作、高风温大富氧以及低硅冶炼等技术措施,在保证高炉高产低耗的前提下,2号高炉球团矿入炉比例由开炉时的20%逐步稳定在40%左右。

Since the opening of No.2 blast furnace in Tangsteel with the requirements of environmental protection policy,through adopting technical measures such as improving the raw fuel quality of the blast furnace,optimizing the process operation of the blast furnace,high air temperature,high oxygen enrichment and low silicon smelting,under the premise of ensuring the high yield and low consumption of the blast furnace,the proportion of pellets in the No.2 blast furnace has gradually stabilized from 20%at the opening time to about 40%.
