一种从电积锌工序降低阴极锌含铜的方法

摘要 某湿法炼锌厂在电积锌过程中,电解液滴淋到电解槽间窄型铜导电棒上发生化学反应,产生的CuSO 4结晶及液体流入电解槽内随着Zn析出,导致阴极锌Cu含量高,分析了阴极锌中Cu的来源,并提出一种降低阴极锌含Cu的方法,可有效提高阴极锌品级率,实现了效益显著、节能环保的目的。 In the process of electrodeposition of zinc in a wet zinc smelting plant,the electrolytic liquid drops onto the narrow copper conductive rod between electrolytic cells and chemical reaction occurs.The resulting copper sulfate crystallization and liquid flow into the electrolytic cell with zinc precipitation lead to high content of zinc Cu in the cathode.The source of Cu in cathode zinc is analyzed,and a method to reduce the Cu content in cathode zinc is proposed,which can effectively improve the grade rate of cathode zinc.It achieves the purpose of remarkable benefit,energy saving and environmental protection.
