铝电解生产中偏心阳极的研究与应用

摘要 为了减少铝电解生产中铝电解槽A、B面阳极碳块之间散热大的问题,对炭素成型机进行改造生产出碳碗中心距尺寸向左偏移的阳极碳块,经组装进入电解槽后实现电解槽A、B面上阳极碳块之间的距离的缩短,从而使铝电解槽垂直电流向中心部位收拢,炉帮增厚,提高电流效率,降低直流电耗。 In order to reduce the problem of large heat dissipation between anode carbon blocks on sides A and B of aluminum electrolytic cell in aluminum electrolysis production,the carbon forming machine was reformed to produce anode carbon blocks with the center of the carbon bowl offset to the left of the size.After being assembled into the electrolytic cell,the distance between anode carbon blocks on sides A and B of the electrolytic cell was shortened,so that the vertical electrical flow direction of the aluminum electrolytic cell was narrowed and the furnace side was thickened.Improve current efficiency and reduce DC power consumption.
