连续电镀锡机组合金层控制研究与探讨

摘要 本文对几种软熔工艺进行介绍,重点对电阻软熔工艺原理进行分析,发现软熔电压、带钢升高温度与生产速度的关系。同时,对不同工艺速度条件下生产的镀锡板合金层含量进行了研究,找到电镀锡机组不同速度下合金层变化的主要原因,并对不同镀锡量产品合金层进行分析对比。 In this paper,several soft melting processes are introduced,and the principle of resistance soft melting process is analyzed,and the relationship between soft melting voltage,strip rising temperature and production speed is found.At the same time,the alloy layer content of tin plate produced under different process speed was studied,the main reason of the change of alloy layer under different speed was found,and the alloy layer of products with different tin plating quantity was analyzed and compared.
