H型钢“翼缘”裂边缺陷分析及控制措施

摘要 H型钢主要材质为Q235B,主工艺为转炉出钢渣洗、吹氩后直接上钢,不经精炼炉处理。在此工艺下钢水纯净度较差,原始铸坯轧制后易产生型钢翼缘边裂现象,通过分析发现产生于轧钢边裂的情况极少,大部分产生于炼钢阶段,原因主要为炼钢脱氧不良、卷渣以及人为操作异常等情况产生。 The main material of H-shaped steel is Q235B,and the main process is to wash the steel slag and blow argon directly on the steel,without refining furnace treatment.In this process,the purity of molten steel is poor,and the flange crack phenomenon is easy to occur after the original casting billet rolling.Through analysis,it is found that the edge crack of steel rolling is very rare,and most of it occurs in the steel making stage,which is mainly caused by poor deoxidation of steel making,slag rolling and abnormal human operation.
