Current Studies on Translation of Chinese Legal Classics:Achievements,Problems and Solutions

系统梳理了以中国法律典籍翻译为研究主题的文献和书籍,发现译者、翻译策略与技巧、译介与传播、翻译对比与批评是当前研究的焦点。虽然法律典籍翻译研究的成果不断增加、视角逐渐多元、内容不断深入,但依旧存在发文总量较少、研究人数不多、对象域待拓展、理论待深挖等问题。基于当前研究现状,应科学规划以提升研究前瞻性、开展合作以扩展研究深广度、精研理论以指导研究实践性、培养人才以保证研究持续性。

A systematic review of literature and books on the translation of Chinese legal classics has been conducted,and itis found that the current research focuses on translators,translation strategies and skills,translation introduction and dissemination,translation comparison and criticism.The research on the translation of legal classics is constantly increasing,with diverse perspectives and in-depth content.However,there are still problems such as a small number of publications,a small number of researchers,the need to expand the scope of research,and the need to delve deeper into theory.Based on the current research status,scientific planning should be carried out to enhance research foresight,carry out cooperation to expand research depth and breadth,refine theoretical research to guide practical research,and cultivate talents to ensure research sustainability.
