摘要
随着数字化转型迭代升级,人才的能力需求呈现显著变化并愈加多元化。为满足区域经济对高素质复合型应用型人才的需求,应用型大学呈现出蓬勃向上的发展态势。针对目前新建应用型大学人才培养的核心环节即课堂教学存在的问题,文章在教学设计、教学方式、教学内容、教学评价等方面围绕数字化赋能后新建应用型大学的课堂教学进行研究。让课堂教学面向社会需求,将数字化贯穿于教学全过程,可以实现数字技术与课堂教学的有机融合,不仅能促进学生主动发展,满足学生个性化发展需要,使培养的人才更好地服务行业和地方经济,而且能推动新建应用型大学的可持续发展。
With the iterative upgrading of digital transformation,the ability needs of talents have shown significant changes and become increasingly diversified.In order to meet the demand for high-quality composite applied talents in the regional economy,applied universities have shown a vigorous and upward development trend.In response to the core issues of classroom teaching in the talent cultivation of newly established applied universities,this article focuses on the classroom teaching of newly established applied universities after digital empowerment in terms of teaching design,teaching methods,teaching content,and teaching evaluation.Making classroom teaching meet the needs of society and integrating digitalization throughout the entire teaching process can achieve an organic integration of digital technology and classroom teaching.This not only promotes students'proactive development,satisfies their personalized development,and enables the trained talents to better serve the development of the industry and local economy,but also promotes the sustainable development of newly established applied universities.
