新时代教师教育师范文化的价值反思与体系构建研究

摘要 在我国教师教育改革发展过程中,师范文化用其丰富的内涵滋养了一代又一代的教师,成为教师教育改革工作的精神引领。新时期,师范文化体系建设要将传承和创新作为目标,将“以文育人、以文化人”作为指导,充分展现师范文化的育人价值。文章简要论述新时期教师教育师范文化体系构建的必要性,并对师范文化体系构建的原则和策略进行探讨,以期促进教师教育改革,提高教师人才培养质量。 In the process of teacher education reform and development in China,teacher culture has nourished generations of teachers with its rich connotations,becoming the spiritual guide of teacher education reform work.In the new era,the construction of the teacher education cultural system should aim to inherit and innovate,with the guidance of"educating people with literature and culture",fully demonstrating the educational value of teacher education culture.The article briefly discusses the necessity of constructing a teacher education and teacher culture system in the new era,and explores the principles and strategies of constructing a teacher culture system,with the aim of promoting teacher education reform and improving the quality of teacher talent cultivation.
