高职院校混合所有制产业学院“课程思政”建设路径研究——以漳州职业技术学院泷澄建筑产业学院为例

摘要 高职混合所有制产业学院是职业教育改革适应社会经济发展、适应产业转型升级需求的产物。在“大思政”背景下,如何适应新时代发展要求培养高素质职业人才,是高职混合所有制产业学院面临的重要课题。文章从漳州职业技术学院泷澄建筑产业学院的人才培养实践出发,从目标设置、体系构建、融入机制、队伍建设、评价机制等方面,探究高职混合所有制产业学院开展“课程思政”建设的具体策略,以此为产业学院实施高素质人才培养提供借鉴。 The vocational mixed ownership industrial college is a product of vocational education reform that adapts to social and economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading needs.In the context of the"great ideological and political education",how to adapt to the development requirements of the new era and cultivate high-quality vocational talents is an important issue faced by vocational mixed ownership industrial colleges.Starting from the talent cultivation practice of school of longcheng construction industry of Zhangzhou institute of technology,this article explores the specific strategies for carrying out"curriculum ideological and political education"construction in vocational mixed ownership industrial colleges from the aspects of goal setting,system construction,integration mechanism,team building,evaluation mechanism,etc.,in order to provide reference for the implementation of high-quality talent cultivation in industrial colleges.
