基于“岗课赛证”融通背景的中职艺术设计课程改革探索

“岗课赛证”融通是职业教育改革的方向之一。基于“岗课赛证”融通背景的中职艺术设计课程改革中,将岗位需求与课程内容相结合,以竞赛形式激发学生的学习热情,以实践项目提高学生的实践操作能力,可有效提升学生的综合能力和就业竞争力。这就要求中职教师积极创新教学理念,调整课程内容,整合教学资源,强化实践教学和校外实践训练,改革考试形式,制定职业技能等级证书学习成果转换办法,全方位、多角度落实立德树人根本任务,推动中职艺术设计课程改革。

The integration of"job course competition certificate"is one of the directions of vocational education reform.In the reform of vocational art design courses based on the integration of"job course competition certification",combining job requirements with course content,stimulating students'learning enthusiasm through competitions,and improving students'practical operation ability through practical projects can effectively enhance students'comprehensive ability and job competitiveness.This requires vocational school teachers to actively innovate teaching concepts,adjust course content,integrate teaching resources,strengthen practical teaching and off campus practical training,reform exam forms,develop methods for converting vocational skill level certificate learning outcomes,comprehensively and from multiple perspectives,implement the task of cultivating morality and cultivating people,and promote the reform of vocational school art and design courses.
