箱体自动化焊接生产线工艺研究

摘要 大型金属箱体结构件作为某型武器装备的重要组成部分,其生产质量直接关系到武器装备的使用性能,因产品种类多、结构复杂、批量小等特点,目前多采用手工焊接的方式进行生产制造。针对大型金属箱体手工焊接效率低、质量一致性不高等特点,规划设计了一条箱体自动化焊接生产线,配备自动焊接机器人、变位翻转机构、AGV自动物流小车等设备设施,通过机器人焊接工艺、柔性工装设计、焊缝跟踪等技术的应用,生产线实现了上顶板、下底板及箱体三大部分结构件的自动焊接,焊接接头强度满足技术要求,焊接质量和尺寸精度满足工艺要求,该生产线同时可以满足多型金属箱体的焊接,生产效率高,焊接质量一致性好。 As an important part of a certain type of weapons and equipment,the production quality of large metal box structure was directly related to the performance of the weapon equipment.Due to the characteristics of production variety,complex structure,small batch and so on,manual welding was mostly used for manufacturing.Aimed at the problems that large metal box manual welding efficiency was low,and quality consistency was not high,we planned and designed a box automatic welding production line,which was equipped with automatic welding robots,displacement flip mechanism,AGV automatic logistics car equipment and other facilities.Through the application of robot welding process,flexible tooling design,welding tracking technology,we realized the automatic welding of top plate,bottom plate and the box three structural,welding joint strength met the technical requirements,and welding quality and size precision met the process requirements.The production line could meet the multiple metal box welding at the same time with high production efficiency and good welding quality consistency.
