基于压控恒流源检测方式的汽车线束检测系统 被引量:1

摘要 针对传统汽车线束导通检测误判率高,线束中存在的电阻、电容等元器件检测不完善的问题,设计了基于压控恒流源检测方式的汽车线束检测系统。采用电流流过被测导线,通过A/D转换检测导线两端的电压对汽车线束进行导通检测,同时采用该方法对导线中存在的电阻、电容元器件进行精准测量,大大提高了导线导通检测的精确度和元器件测量的精准度,经过实际检测,线束导通检测准确率为100%,电阻、电容的实际测量误差小于5%(电阻范围50Ω~200 kΩ,电容范围1 nF~1 000μF),同时设计模拟开关电路,将需要检测的端点切换到恒流源和A/D检测输入端,简化检测电路。 Aiming at the problem of high misjudgment rate of traditional automobile wiring harness conductiondetection and imperfect detection of components such as resistance and capacitance in wiring harness,an automobile wiring harness detection system based on voltage controlled constant current source detection is designed.The current flows through the tested wire,and the voltage at both ends of the wire is detected by A/D conversion to conduct on-line detection of the vehicle wiring harness.At the same time,this method is used to accurately measure the resistance and capacitance components existing in the wire,which greatly improves the accuracy of on-line detection of the wire and the accuracy of the component measurement.After actual detection,the on-line detection accuracy of the wiring harness is 100%,and the actual measurement error of the resistance and capacitance is less than 5%(resistance range 50Ω~200 kΩ,capacitance range 1 nF~1000μF).At the same time,the analog switching circuit is designed,and the endpoints that need to be detected are switched to the constant current source and the A/D detection input.Simplify the detection circuit.
