摘要 石油工程固井作业过程中各种入井液的准确计量一直是困扰石油行业的一个技术难题,随着石油工业朝着深井、超深井发展,固井作业过程中,施工压力更高,施工时间更长,现有的测量手段已经不能满足石油固井行业的生产需要。由于固井过程中入井液的准确计量直接关系到固井的质量,从而直接影响到油气田的油气开采及生产安全,因此研制一种满足要求的高性能高可靠的流量计,彻底解决石油固井行业入井液准确计量的难题,已经是我国石油固井行业的迫切需要。本课题研制的油田专用智能高压由壬型电磁流量计是通过对现有的电磁流量计进行设计改进,在耐高压、耐磨损、抗震性等方面有了极大的突破,达到了理想的现场使用效果,彻底解决了困扰石油工程固井作业过程中各种入井液准确计量的行业性技术难题。 The accurate measurement of all kinds of well fluids in the process of petroleum engineering cementing has always been a technical problem in the petroleum industry.With the development of the petroleum industry extending to the deep and ultra-deep oil wells,the construction pressure is higher and the construction time is longer in the cementing process,but the existing measurement methods are not able to meet the production needs of the petroleum cementing industry.Because the accurate measurement of well fluids in the cementing process is directly related to the quality of cementing,it directly affects the oil and gas exploitation and the production safety of oil and gas fields.It is urgent to develop a high-performance and reliable flowmeter to meet the requirements and completely solve the problem of accurate measurement of fluid in the oil cementing industry.By improving the design of the existing electromagnetic flowmeter,the intelligent high-pressure electromagnetic flowmeter developed in this subject has made great breakthroughs in high pressure resistance,wear resistance,shock resistance and other aspects,and has reached the ideal use effect.What’s more,it completely solved the industrial technical problems which trouble the accurate measurement of all kinds of well fluids in the process of petroleum engineering cementing operations.
