盐酸舍曲林片联合舒肝解郁胶囊对卒中后抑郁合并睡眠障碍患者的临床疗效

Clinical on sertraline hydrochloride tablet combined with Shugan Jieyu capsule in patients with post-stroke depression and sleep disorders

目的探讨盐酸曲舍林片联合舒肝解郁胶囊对卒中后抑郁合并睡眠障碍患者的临床疗效。方法选取78例卒中后抑郁合并睡眠障碍患者为受试对象,采用随机抽签法分为观察组与对照组各39例。对照组使用盐酸舍曲林片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用舒肝解郁胶囊。通过抑郁症状严重程度及睡眠质量[汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamiltondepressionscale,HAMD)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)]评分,观察两组治疗前及治疗6周后患者情况;两组脑电图异常率及不良反应发生。结果治疗后,两组的HAMD评分、PSQI评分低于治疗前,且观察组各项水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组脑电图异常率较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率(P>0.05)。结论采用盐酸舍曲林片联合舒肝解郁胶囊治疗卒中后抑郁合并睡眠障碍患者有良好疗效,能促进脑电图恢复正常,安全性良好,对其预后康复有利。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of combination ofsertraline hydrochloride tabletand Shugan Jieyu capsule on poststroke depression with sleep disorders.Methods 78 patients with post-stroke depression and sleep disorders were selected as thesubjects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 39 cases each.The control group was only treated with sertraline hydrochloride tablet,while the observation group was supplemented withShugan Jieyu capsule.Observing the severity of depressive symptoms and sleep quality(Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD))and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores before and after 6 weeks of treatment in both groups;The abnormal rate of EEG and occurrence of adverse reactions in both groups.Results After treatment,the HAMD score and PSQI score in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the abnormal rate of EEG in both groups significantly decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.05);.The total incidence of adverse reactions in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sertraline hydrochloride tablet combined with Shugan Jieyu capsule has a good efficacy in the treatment of patients with post-stroke depression complicated with sleep disorders,and it can promote the normal recovery of electroencephalogram,with good safety,and is beneficial for their prognosis and recovery.
