全面手术室护理在鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉中的应用分析

目的探究全面手术室护理在鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉(CRSwNP)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月~2022年10月于本院接受手术治疗的CRSwNP患者202例,依据入院时间顺序分为对照组与观察组,每组101例。对照组术后接受常规护理,观察组术后在对照组基础上接受全面手术室护理。比较两组鼻腔状况、睡眠质量以及患者满意度。结果术后3d两组鼻腔鼻窦结局测试20(SNOT-20)评分以及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分较术前有显著改善,且术后3d观察组SNOT-20评分以及PSQI评分改善较对照组更显著(P<0.05);观察组总满意度为96.04%,对照组84.16%(P<0.05)。结论在CRSwNP患者中采用全面手术室护理,可显著改善患者鼻腔鼻窦结局,并可显著改善患者睡眠质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive operating room nursing in patients with CRSwNP. Methods A total of 202 patients with CRSwNP whowho received surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the time of admission, with 101 cases in each group. The control group received routine postoperative nursing, and the observation group received comprehensive operating room nursing. Comparison between groups was conducted in terms of the condition of nasal cavity, sleep quality and patient satisfaction. Results Nasal sinus outcome Test 20 (SNOT-20) score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score were significantly improved in the two groups after 3d surgery, and the SNOT-20 score and PSQI score in the observation group were more significantly improved than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The total satisfaction was 96.04% in the observation group and 84.16% in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Applying comprehensive operating room nursing to patients with CRSwNP can significantly improve their sino-nasal outcomes, sleep quality and satisfaction.
