实验动物屏障操作装置的研制与教学应用

摘要 为保障本科生在动物实验过程中的生物安全,避免学生在实验过程中与实验动物直接接触,降低人员伤害、人畜共患病或感染等潜在安全风险,自主研发了实验动物屏障操作装置。该装置建立了集隔离、消毒、废气物收集等功能于一体的屏障体系,增强了学生在动物实验过程中的操作安全,降低了生物安全隐患,强化了学生的安全环保意识,对建设更加安全的人性化实验环境具有重要意义。 In order to ensure the biological safety of undergraduates in the process of animal experiments,avoid students'direct contact with experimental animals in the process of experiments,and reduce potential safety risks such as personal injury,zoonotic disease or infection,a sterile operating device for experimental animals has been independently developed.A set of barrier system has been built for the device,which integrates the functions of isolation,disinfection and sterilization,waste gas collection,etc.It enhances students'operational safety in the process of animal experiments,reduces potential biological safety hazards,and strengthens students'awareness of safety and environmental protection,which is of great significance for building a more safe and humane experimental environment.
