摘要
新工科建设背景下能源与动力工程专业人才培养面临新的挑战。根据学校自身优势、特色,融入新工科建设理念,针对人才培养模式和体系的不足,在人才培养方案、课程体系、培养模式等方面进行了改革探索,为培养具备解决现代商业背景下复杂工程问题能力和应对未来变化的综合型高素质人才提供了坚实保障。
Under the background of new engineeringconstruction,the cultivation of engineering professionals majoring in energy and power engineering is facing new challenges.According to their own advantages and characteristics,integrate the latest concept of new engineering,and in view of the shortcomings of talent training mode and system,reform and exploration have been carried out in terms of talent training scheme,curriculum system and training mode,it provides a solid guarantee for cultivating comprehensive talents with the ability to solve complex engineering problems under the background of modern business and deal with future changes.
