基于浙江省大工业分时电价情景下的用户侧储能经济性分析

摘要 在“双碳”新形势下,浙江省积极推进电力市场化改革,有序推动工商业用户全部进入电力市场,保留峰谷时段电价及浮动比例。如何保证在新形势下电力系统的安全、稳定、有序,通过介绍用户侧储能商业模式及梳理相关支持政策,以H公司用户侧储能项目峰谷套利模式为例,分析该储能系统容量配置及经济性,论证项目技术经济可行性,并对进一步推广、开发、投资用户侧储能项目提出相关建议。 Under the new situation of"Double Carbon",Zhejiang Province actively promotes the reform of power marketization,and promotes the orderly entry of industrial and commercial users into the power market,retaining the peak and valley electricity prices and floating ratios.By introducing the user-side energy storage business model and sorting out the relevant supporting policies,it is proved that how to ensure the safety,stability and order of the power system in the new situation,taking the peak-valley arbitrage model of user-side energy storage project of H company as an example,this article analyzes the capacity configuration and economics of the energy storage system,demonstrates the technical and economic feasibility of the project,and puts forward relevant suggestions for further promotion,development,and investment in user-side energy storage projects.
