摘要
近些年,随着资源与坏境问题的日益尖锐,我国政府高度重视在发展经济的同时,大力改变传统经济发展模式,做到科学可持续发展。大型公共建筑由于具有能耗密度高、管理较集中的特点,因此做好公共建筑的节能工作,是我国建筑节能的重中之重。用户侧楼宇群作为未来城市能耗的主要源头,能源管理的经济性、节能性更需要不断提高。能源监测系统是智能楼宇系统重要组成部分之一,具有本身在所有的监测管理系统中采用的都是先进的物联网或者是大数据的技术,能够有效做好集中的运维管理,而且也能够实现所有数据的智能化标准化的管理。因此基于能耗监测技术下的智能楼宇系统能有效实施所有的数据监测,并且更好地解决技术故障,做到快速定位,智能化告警,方便在运维方面做多方面的流程辅助,同时能进一步提高效率,在短时间内迅速排除各种安全隐患。
In recent years,with the increasingly acute problems of resources and environment,the Chinese government attaches great importance to vigorously changing the traditional economic development model while developing the economy,and achieving scientific and sustainable development.Due to the high energy consumption density and centralized management characteristics of large public buildings,it is the top priority of building energy saving in China to do a good job in energy conservation of public buildings.As the main source of urban energy consumption in the future,the economic and energy saving efficiency of energy management needs to be continuously improved.Energy monitoring system is one of the important components of intelligent building system,which adopts advanced Internet of Things or big data technology in all monitoring and management systems,which can effectively carry out centralized operation and maintenance management,and also achieve intelligent and standardized management of all data.Therefore,intelligent building system based on energy consumption monitoring technology can effectively implement all data monitoring,and better solve technical failures,achieve rapid positioning,intelligent alarm,convenient in the operation and maintenance of various process assistance,at the same time can further improve efficiency,quickly eliminate all kinds of security risks in a short time.
