云南省马铃薯种薯质量追溯系统的开发与应用

摘要 从完善马铃薯脱毒种薯繁育质量控制体系的角度出发,结合云南省马铃薯种薯繁育与供给的实际情况,针对马铃薯核心种苗保存、脱毒苗扩繁、原原种和原种生产及贮藏等环节研制开发了一套云南省马铃薯种薯质量追溯系统。该系统包括马铃薯核心种苗立体保存库管理、脱毒苗繁育管理、原原种繁育管理、原种繁育管理、种薯仓储管理、数据分析和系统管理七个模块,利用系统生成的质量追溯二维码逐级追加记录各管理环节的操作信息;该系统实现了马铃薯核心种苗管理、种苗生产、种薯生产和贮藏等环节关键操作信息的录入与查询、分析与统计以及环境和视频监测数据的自动记录与预警。马铃薯种苗(薯)生产者可查询种苗(薯)生产相关记录信息、了解生产进度和指导生产操作;马铃薯种薯消费者可通过扫描种薯质量追溯二维码查询该批次脱毒种薯的生产流程和质检结果等重要信息。云南省马铃薯种薯质量追溯系统的开发与应用对促进云南省马铃薯种业发展具有重要意义。 From the perspective of improving the quality control system of seed potato propagation,combined with the actual situations of seed potato propagation in Yunnan Province,a set of quality traceability system of Yunnan seed potatoes was developed for the preservation of potato core plantlets,propagation of in vitro virus free plantlets,and production and storage of pre-elite and elite seed potatoes.The system consists of seven modules,i.e.three-dimensional storage management of core plantlets,propagation managements of in vitro virus free plantlets,pre-elite and elite seed potatoes,storage management of seed potatoes,data analysis and system management.Using the quality traceability two-dimensional code developed by the system,the operation information of each management link is added and recorded step by step.The system realizes the input and query,analysis and statistics of potato core plantlet management,seedling production,tuber production,tuber storage and other information,as well as automatic recording and early warning of environmental and video monitoring data.Potato seedling(tuber)producers can query the record information of seedling(tuber)production,understand the production progress and guide the production operation;the two-dimensional code traceability system can enable consumers to query the process of production,the results of quality inspection,and other significant information of virus-free seed potatoes through scanning software.The development and application of seed potato traceability system in Yunnan Province would be of great significance to the development of Yunnan seed potato industry.
