电子行业贴片生产线中对未用完的贴片元器件需要退回仓库盘点剩余的数量,该文设计了一种全自动料盘上料系统,将剩余元件送到自动X-Ray计数器的进料口。该上料系统采用FX3U-64MT为核心控制器,结合三菱GT2710-VTBA触摸屏设计可视化操作界面,使整个控制过程的操作及监控清晰明了。该系统在实现电子元件贴片物料退库清点过程中起到重要的辅助作用,达到了提高企业生产效率、减少雇员支出的目的。

In the patch production line of the electronic industry,the unused patch components should be returned to the warehouse to check the remaining quantity.In this paper,an automatic tray feeding system is designed to send the remaining components to the feed port of the automatic X-Ray counter.The feeding system uses FX3U-64MT as the core controller,combined with Mitsubishi GT2710-VTBA touch design visual operation interface,so that the operation and monitoring of the whole control process is clear.The system plays an important auxiliary role in the process of returning and counting the electronic component patch materials,so as to improve the production efficiency of enterprises and reduce the expenditure of employees.
