摘要
该文在船舶舰艇等常用离心泵系统实际模型的基础上,完成了理论数学模型的建立,并运用MATLAB/Simulink完成了其中一种典型系统的控制系统设计并对理论模型进行了仿真分析。通过仿真结果得出,采用不同的控制参数对系统的控制结果影响很大。但针对不同的控制系统和控制方法,均需要正确且完善数学模型的理论支撑。该文提出的离心泵典型系统的数学模型可完全支撑控制系统的建立,显示了其严谨性。
This article establishes a theoretical mathematical model based on the actual model of commonly used centrifugal pump systems in ships and other vessels,and uses MATLAB/Simulink to design a control system for one of the typical systems,and conducts simulation analysis on the theoretical model.According to the simulation results,using different control parameters has a significant impact on the control results of the system.However,for different control systems and methods,correct and complete theoretical support of mathematical models is required.The mathematical model of a typical centrifugal pump system proposed in this article can fully support the establishment of a control system,demonstrating its rigor.
