黄葵胶囊治疗以蛋白尿为表现的儿童紫癜性肾炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Huangkui Capsules in the treatment of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis with proteinuria

目的观察黄葵胶囊治疗以蛋白尿为表现的儿童紫癜性肾炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年9月至2021年12月徐州医科大学附属徐州儿童医院收治的90例紫癜性肾炎患儿为研究对象进行回顾性分析,根据不同的治疗方法将其分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例),对照组采用基础疗法,观察组采用基础疗法加用黄葵胶囊。比较两组患儿的临床效果及治疗前、治疗4周、治疗12周时的肾功能、血常规、肝功能、凝血功能指标及安全性。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组24 h尿蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿尿素氮、肌酐及白蛋白比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患儿白细胞、中性粒细胞计数、血红蛋白、血小板、丙氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶、凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患儿均无明显不良反应发生。结论黄葵胶囊治疗以蛋白尿为表现的儿童紫癜性肾炎的临床效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huangkui Capsules in the treatment of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis with proteinuria.Methods A total of 90 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis in Xuzhou Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Xuzhou Medical University from September 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects for retrospective analysis.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group(45 cases)and control group(45 cases).The control group was given basic treatment,while the observation group was given basic treatment and Huangkui Capsules.The efficacy,renal function,blood count,liver function,coagulation function indexes before treatment,4 weeks after treatment,12 weeks after treatment in the two groups and safety were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 24 h urine protein quantification and and urinary microalbumin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in blood urea nitrogen,creatinine and albumin between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of leukocyte,neutrophil count,hemoglobin,platelet,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,prothrombin time,and activated partial thromboplastin time between two groups(P>0.05).No significant adverse effects occurred in both groups.Conclusion Huangkui Capsules treating children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis with proteinuria has significant clinical effect,and is worthy of promotion.
