血府逐瘀汤加减联合戈舍瑞林治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Goserelin in the treatment of patients with ovarian endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery

目的探究血府逐瘀汤加减联合戈舍瑞林治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后患者的临床效果。方法选择2020年1月至2021年1月在临沂市中医医院妇科治疗的74例卵巢子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组。观察组(n=37)采用血府逐瘀汤加减联合戈舍瑞林治疗,对照组(n=37)采用戈舍瑞林治疗,比较两组卵巢动脉血流参数、性激素水平及妊娠情况。结果治疗后观察组搏动指数、阻力指数低于对照组,最大流速高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组雌二醇、促卵泡激素、黄体生成素低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤加减联合戈舍瑞林治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后患者临床效果较好,可以调节卵巢动脉血流参数、性激素水平,提高妊娠率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Goserelin in the treatment of patients with ovarian endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 74 patients with ovarian endometriosis treated in the Department of Gynecology,Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.The observation group(n=37)was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Goserelin,and the control group(n=37)was treated with Goserelin.The ovarian artery blood flow parameters,sex hormone levels and pregnancy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the pulsatility index and resistance index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the maximum flow velocity was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the estradiol,follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Goserelin in the treatment of patients with ovarian endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery is better,which can regulate ovarian artery blood flow parameters and sex hormone levels,and improve the pregnancy rate.
