艾迪注射液联合放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床效果

Clinical effect of Aidi Injection combined with radiotherapy in medium-term and advanced cervical cancer

目的探讨艾迪注射液联合放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床效果。方法选取2020年12月至2022年12月五莲县人民医院收治的66例中晚期宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组、实验组。对照组(n=33)采用同步放疗,实验组(n=33)在对照组的基础上采用艾迪注射液治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组生活质量总改善率高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论艾迪注射液联合放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌,能够改善生活质量,降低不良反应发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Aidi Injection combined with radiotherapy in mediumterm and advanced cervical cancer.Methods A total of 66 patients with medium-term and advanced cervical cancer admitted to Wulian County People’s Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method.The control group(n=33)was treated with concurrent radiotherapy,and the experimental group(n=33)was treated with Aidi Injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The total improvement rate of quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Aidi Injection combined with radiotherapy in medium-term and advanced cervical cancer can improve the quality of life,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion and application.
