阿奇霉素联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Azithromycin combined with Xiao’er Chiqiao Qingre Granules in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children

目的探讨阿奇霉素结合小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2021年12月至2022年11月于平邑县平邑卫生院诊治的70例支原体肺炎患儿,采用抽签法分为研究组、常规组,每组35例。常规组采用阿奇霉素治疗,研究组采用阿奇霉素联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组炎症因子水平低于常规组,免疫功能优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素结合小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果显著,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Azithromycin combined with X iao’er Chiqiao Qingre Granules in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 70 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia in Pingyi Health Center of Pingyi County from December 2021 to November 2022 were selected and divided into study group and conventional group by the method of lottery,with 35 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with Azithromycin,and the study group was treated with Azithro mycin combined with Xiao’er Chiqiao Qingre Granules.The treatment effect in the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the level of inflammatory factor in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group,the immune function in the study group was better than that in the conventional group,the differences were statistically s ignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin combined with Xiao’er Chiqiao Qingre Granules treating Mycoplasma pneumonia in children has significant clinical effect,which has high application value.
