潮气呼吸肺功能、支气管舒张试验在急性期支气管哮喘患儿评估中的价值

The value of tidal breathing pulmonary function and bronchodilation test in the evaluation of children with acute bronchial asthma

目的分析潮气呼吸肺功能、支气管舒张试验在急性期支气管哮喘患儿评估中的价值。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月重庆市大渡口区人民医院收治的100例急性期支气管哮喘患儿作为观察组,同时根据患儿病情严重程度分为轻度组(60例)、中度组(26例)、重度组(14例),并选取同时间段100例慢性支气管炎患儿作为对照组,两组均行潮气呼吸肺功能检查与支气管舒张试验。比较两组潮气呼吸肺功能相关指标与支气管舒张试验阳性率,并比较轻度组、中度组、重度组支气管舒张试验阳性率差异。结果观察组潮气呼吸肺功能相关指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组支气管舒张试验阳性率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组轻度、中度及重度支气管舒张试验阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急性期支气管哮喘儿童与慢性支气管炎儿童的潮气呼吸肺功能检查结果差异显著,急性期支气管哮喘儿童的支气管舒张试验阳性率高,可辅助哮喘的鉴别诊断,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the value of tidal breathing pulmonary function and bronchodilation test in the evaluation of children with acute bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 100 children with acute bronchial asthma in Dadukou District People’s Hospital of Chongqing from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the observation group,and were divided into mild group(60 cases),moderate group(26 cases)and severe group(14 cases)according to the severity of the disease,and 100 children with chronic bronchitis in the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups underwent the tidal breathing pulmonary function test and bronchodilation test.The relevant indexes of tidal breathing pulmonary function and the positive rate of bronchodilation test were compared between the two groups,and the differences in the positive rate of bronchodilation test among the mild group,the moderate group and the severe group were compared.Results The relevant indexes of tidal breathing pulmonary function in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The positive rate of bronchodilation test in the observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05),but the difference of positive rate of bronchodilation test in the mild,moderate and severe group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion There are significant differences in the results of tidal breathing pulmonary function test between acute bronchial asthma and chronic bronchitis in children.The positive rate of bronchodilation test in children with acute bronchial asthma is high,which can assist the differential diagnosis of asthma,and is worthy of clinical application.
