卵巢妊娠性绒毛膜癌1例报告并文献复习

A case report of ovarian gestational choriocarcinoma and lite-rature review

卵巢妊娠性绒毛膜癌是一种高度侵袭性肿瘤,虽然该疾病的发生率不高,但诊断特异性较低且预后不良,可能出现复发、转移等情况。卵巢妊娠性绒毛膜癌的病因尚未明确,目前临床多认为该疾病的发生是由于妊娠过程中胎盘遗留的绒毛组织导致。卵巢妊娠性绒毛膜癌临床症状主要为阴道出血、腹部疼痛及肿物,其临床表现与异位妊娠相似,且无特异性,导致术前诊断较为困难,目前以病理学检查为主要诊断手段。卵巢妊娠性绒毛膜癌临床诊断及治疗的相关报道较少,本文报告1例卵巢妊娠性绒毛膜癌并文献复习,为该疾病的诊断和治疗提供参考依据。

Ovarian gestational choriocarcinoma is a highly aggressive tumor.Although the incidence of this disease is not high,the diagnosis specificity is low and the prognosis is poor,and relapse and metastasis may occur.The cause of ovarian gestational choriocarcinoma is not clear,but it is generally believed that the disease is caused by the villi tissue left by the placenta during pregnancy.The main clinical symptoms of ovarian gestational choriocarcinoma are vaginal bleeding,abdominal pain and mass.Its clinical manifestations are similar to ectopic pregnancy and are non-specific,leading to difficult preoperative diagnosis.At present,pathological examination is the main diagnostic means.There are few reports on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of ovarian gestational choriocarcinoma.This article reports a case of ovarian gestational choriocarcinoma and reviews the literature to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
