宫颈环扎术治疗妊娠合并宫颈机能不全的临床效果

Clinical effect of cervical cerclage in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with cervical insufficiency

目的探讨宫颈环扎术治疗妊娠合并宫颈机能不全的临床效果。方法选取2020年7月至2022年12月临沂市兰陵县人民医院妇产科收治的74例妊娠合并宫颈机能不全患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组各37例。对照组采用保守治疗,试验组采用宫颈环扎术。比较两组孕龄、孕32周宫颈长度、新生儿体重、不良妊娠结局及生活质量。结果试验组分娩孕龄、孕32周宫颈长度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组新生儿体重比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组不良妊娠结局总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫颈环扎术治疗妊娠合并宫颈机能不全的临床效果确切,有助于延长孕龄、改善孕32周宫颈长度及妊娠结局,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cervical cerclage in the treatm ent of pregnancy complicated with cervical insufficiency.Methods A total of 74 pregnant women with cervical insufficiency admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Lanling County Peopl e’s Hospital of Linyi City from July 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the experim ental group according to the random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given conservative treatment,and the experimental group was treated with cervical cerclage.Gestational age,cervical length at 32 weeks,neonatal weight,adverse pregnancy outcomes and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The gestational age at delivery and cervical length at 32 weeks in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in neonatal weight between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the experimental groups was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of cervical cerclage in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with cervical insufficiency is accurate,which is helpful to prolong the gestational age,improve the ce rvical length at 32 weeks,pregnancy outcomes and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
