早期盆底肌康复治疗对不同分娩方式产妇产后盆底康复的影响

Effect of early pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation treatment on postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation of women with different delivery modes

目的探讨早期盆底肌康复治疗对不同分娩方式产妇产后盆底康复的影响。方法选取2020年2月至2021年2月睢宁县人民医院收治的80例产妇,按照分娩方式的不同分为A组(40例)和B组(40例)。A组为阴道分娩,B组为剖宫产,两组均进行早期盆底肌康复治疗。比较两组盆底肌力及性功能。结果治疗后,两组盆底肌力均优于治疗前,且B组优于A组(P<0.05)。治疗前,B组性功能评分高于A组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组性功能评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组性功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早期盆底肌康复治疗对不同分娩方式产妇均具有确切的产后盆底康复效果,可有效提高盆底肌力,改善性功能,其中剖宫产产妇的康复效果更为显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of early pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation treatment on postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation of women with different delivery modes.Methods A total of 80 parturients admitted to Suining County People’s Hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected and divided into group A(40 cases)and group B(40 cases)according to different delivery methods.Group A had vaginal delivery and group B had cesarean section.Both groups received early pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation treatment.The pelvic floor muscle force and sexual function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle force of both groups was better than that before treatment,and that in group B was better than that in group A(P<0.05).Before treatment,the sexual function score of group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.05).After treatment,the sexual function scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in sexual function score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Early pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation treatment has a definite postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation effect on women with different delivery modes,which can effectively improve the pelvic floor muscle force and sexual function,among which the recovery effect of cesarean section is more significant.
