氨溴索与头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠联合治疗新生儿感染性肺炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Ambroxol and Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium combined therapy in neonatal infectious pneumonia

目的探究氨溴索与头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠联合治疗新生儿感染性肺炎(NIP)的临床效果。方法选取2021年6月至2023年4月阳新县妇幼保健院儿科收治的86例NIP患儿为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为常规组和试验组各43例。常规组予头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗,试验组在常规组基础上加用氨溴索治疗。比较两组临床疗效和肺功能指标。结果治疗后,试验组总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组呼气流量峰值占预计值百分比和潮气量均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨溴索与头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠联合治疗NIP能提高疗效、调节肺功能,值得推荐。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ambroxol and Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium combined therapy in neonatal infectious pneumonia(NIP).Methods A total of 86 children with NIP in the Department of Pediatrics,Yangxin Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into conventional group and experimental group by the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium,and the experimental group was treated with Ambroxol on the basis of the conventional group.The clinical efficacy and lung function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The peak expiratory flow/predicted value ratio and tidal volume of experimental group were higher than those of conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol and Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium combined therapy in NIP can improve curative effect and regulate lung function,whi ch is worth to be recommend.
